Max Kruse is one of the defining forwards in Bundesliga football in recent years. Capped 14 times for the German national team, he played over 300 matches in Germany's top division, turning out for clubs including Werder Bremen, Borussia Mönchengladbach, VfL Wolfsburg, and 1. FC Union Berlin. For many years, Max Kruse has also been a successful poker player, winning one of the coveted World Series of Poker Europe bracelets in 2022.
